冬季期間（12月〜3月頃）におきましては、積雪や路面凍結の影響を受けやすい地域となっております。

お客様に安心・安全にご来館いただくため、誠に恐れ入りますが、下記の点につきましてご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

・積雪や路面凍結に備え、お車でお越しの際は冬用タイヤ（スタッドレスタイヤ）またはチェーン等の冬装備をご準備ください

・最新の道路状況につきましては、**当館周辺のライブカメラ（最下部URL）**より事前にご確認をお願いいたします

・ご到着予定時刻に遅れが生じる場合は、安全な場所より当館までご一報いただけますと幸いです

【キャンセルについてのご案内】

お車の冬装備が未対応であることを理由としたキャンセルにつきましては、

キャンセル料の請求対象となる場合がございます。

・公共交通機関の運休

・道路の通行止め等、やむを得ない事情が発生した場合

につきましては、キャンセル料免除の対象となる場合がございます。

キャンセルやご相談の際は、必ずお電話にて当館までご連絡いただけますと幸いです。

To ensure your safety and a smooth journey, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points.

If you are traveling by car, please make sure your vehicle is properly equipped for winter conditions (winter tires / snow tires or tire chains).
Please check the latest road conditions in advance via the live camera links listed at the bottom of this page.
If you expect to arrive later than your scheduled time, please contact us from a safe location to inform us of the delay.

Due to weather and road conditions, travel time may be significantly affected during winter.
We strongly recommend checking weather forecasts and traffic information before departure and allowing extra travel time.

On days when snowfall is forecast, we kindly ask guests to check the nearby live cameras to confirm real-time road conditions before traveling to the hotel.

【Important Notice Regarding Cancellations】

Please note that cancellations due to lack of proper winter vehicle equipment
(e.g., not having winter tires or chains), even after this notice has been provided, may be subject to cancellation fees, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

However, cancellation fees may be waived in cases such as:

Suspension of public transportation
Road closures due to severe weather or other unavoidable circumstances

If you need to cancel or have concerns, we kindly ask that you contact the hotel directly by phone for assistance.
